Adecco Italia sta cercando un/a Shift Manager per un'importante catena di ristoranti a Milano. La figura richiesta è responsabile dell'organizzazione dei turni, della qualità del servizio, dell'accoglienza e della soddisfazione dei clienti.

Responsabilità

  • Gestire la sala, assicurandosi che tutto funzioni in modo efficiente;
  • Supervisione e coordinamento di tutte le postazioni (Cucina, Cassa Delivery e Magazzino) rispettando le procedure di sicurezza previste;
  • Responsabile della chiusura e apertura della cassa;
  • Gestione delle eventuali problematiche con i clienti;
  • Garantire velocità e qualità del servizio, qualità del prodotto, igiene e sicurezza del cibo;
  • Supportare i manager nella gestione dei turni e del personale;
  • Formare i dipendenti di sala.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno un anno;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (festivi e notturni compresi);
  • Raggiungere facilmente la sede;
  • Personalità dinamica e proattiva, con spirito di leadership.
