About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and manage stakeholder expectations
- Manage the posting of new job openings and create a pipeline of potential candidates
- Sift through resumes, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with basic qualifications
- Review job requirements for internal and external candidates
- Assess candidate assessment and test results
- Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, onboarding, and position closing
Requirements
- A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English and B1 level in Italian
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite in a professional environment
- Relevant experience in administrative, corporate, or customer service environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering business results
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting
