Role Overview:
Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing tasks within their designated station
  • Selecting ingredients in accordance with established quality standards
  • Measuring portions as per prescribed guidelines
  • Ensuring the uniqueness and presentation of various dishes
  • Assisting the kitchen team as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace at the end of service

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end culinary establishments
  • Strong understanding of fundamental Italian cooking techniques
  • Adherence to hygiene standards in both personal and workplace settings
  • Professionalism, accountability, and a passion for culinary arts
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team
  • HACCP certification
