Role Overview:
Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing tasks within their designated station
- Selecting ingredients in accordance with established quality standards
- Measuring portions as per prescribed guidelines
- Ensuring the uniqueness and presentation of various dishes
- Assisting the kitchen team as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace at the end of service

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end culinary establishments
- Strong understanding of fundamental Italian cooking techniques

- Professionalism, accountability, and a passion for culinary arts
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team
- HACCP certification
