Role Overview: The primary responsibility of the Implementation Consultant is to facilitate the deployment of Oracle Hospitality's OPERA technology suite for clients. This role involves offering expert guidance on implementation, system configuration, training, and ensuring a successful go-live process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Conduct installation and configuration tasks, as well as manage end-user training and support during the transition.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders regarding progress and challenges throughout the implementation phase.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and promptly, adhering to Oracle's standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Oracle Hospitality solutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a front-of-house capacity.
- Experience with IT solutions implementation in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the EMEA region as necessary.
Career Level: IC2
The Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring that the solutions provided meet the specific operational workflows of clients. This includes addressing any functionality gaps, training staff on the new systems, and providing ongoing technical support post-implementation.
