About the Role

As a Marketing Content and Design Specialist at Atlas Copco Airpower N.V., you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of content marketing and design strategies for our Portable Power and Portable Flow business lines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Divisional Marketing and Communication Manager in product launches, content writing, brochure development, press releases, and other content asset creation.
  • Coordinate with local customer centers for their content needs, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Manage translations for all content assets and work with customer centers on approvals, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with the creative agency on all design-related activities, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Work with video production houses and manage video production for content related to products, showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Maintain and update the media gallery with the latest images and videos, ensuring easy access for marketing teams.
  • Support content creation for all social media channels aligned with marketing needs, engaging our audience and driving brand awareness.
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly to maximize customer reach, leveraging our online presence.
  • Support content on additional projects related to NPS, MyToolbox, and Marketing Automation, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in content writing for different communications channels, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Agile, adaptable, and a collaborator, with the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) to optimize content for better visibility.
  • Experience in video production and the ability to manage photo and video shoots for products at the factory and on customer sites.
  • Multitasking and great organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking for ideating on new ways to communicate with customers at different stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Skilled in photoshopping and managing in-house design tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong content writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Content Marketing or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
  • Experience of product marketing in a production environment would be considered a plus.
