About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the achievement of established sales objectives, both individual and team related.
  • Assist with soliciting and handling of sales opportunities.
  • Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
  • Support the sales office in all day-to-day activities.
  • Focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role within luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands.
  • Fluent English and Italian language mandatory, third language would be a plus.
  • Time management and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-oriented and high level of presentational abilities.
  • Positive demeanor, integrity, and dependability.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality would be a plus.
