Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Referral Specialist to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our housing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to military members, their families, and eligible civilians in locating off-post housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of available housing options, including apartments, houses, and condominiums.
  • Provide counseling and assistance to personnel in selecting the most suitable housing, considering factors such as location, budget, and family needs.
  • Assist with the processing of applications for off-post housing, including preparing and submitting necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with housing managers, real estate agencies, and private property landlords to ensure a smooth housing experience for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on housing inventory, applications, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, such as housing management or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour uncompensated lunch break.
