POSITION OBJECTIVE

The primary goal is to effectively manage the organization of transport vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods, adhering to established service standards and the Group's operational procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the scheduling of transport vehicles to facilitate the delivery of goods across all designated areas, ensuring alignment with cost-efficiency and service quality targets.
  • Regularly review and verify invoices from logistics providers, managing any necessary credit and debit adjustments.
  • Assist the Transport Office Supervisor in negotiations with logistics suppliers, following the strategic guidelines set by the Group Logistics Director.
  • Aid the Transport Office Supervisor in the ongoing evaluation of service quality provided by transporters.
  • Provide support to corporate departments requiring assistance with distribution logistics matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant processes in accordance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of safety within the corporate environment.
  • Uphold the Corporate Principles and Values in all activities.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English at a fluent level.
  • A curious and proactive approach, with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with essential office software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Previous relevant experience is advantageous.
