About the Role

At HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A., we are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Business Unit High Voltage team in Lodi. As a key member of our team, you will focus on driving manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to enhance the organization's profitability and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods to drive business growth.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles to optimize business processes.

Your Background

  • Hold a degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Have more than 1 year of experience in continuous improvement.
  • Be proficient in English and Italian (B2-C1 level).
  • Have good knowledge of Excel and be proficient in VBA or Python.
  • Possess out-of-the-box thinking and excellent communication skills.
