Electromagnetics Engineer

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetics Engineer to join its Space & Defence Division in Italy.

• Develop and execute electromagnetic compatibility tests in accordance with international standards, including IEC, EN, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160.
• Design and implement electromagnetic simulation models to analyze and optimize system performance.
• Analyze and prepare test plans, test procedures, and test reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and apply electromagnetic countermeasures to mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electromagnetic compatibility into system design and development.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetism, electronics, and electrical engineering principles.
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools, such as CST and FEKO, and post-processing tools like Matlab.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Fluency in English and Italian languages.
