Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Training Specialist to to support the design, coordination and implementation of training initiatives across the Group.The role will contribute to the development of employees’ skills, ensuring effective use of funded training opportunities and alignment between training activities, business objectives, organizational needs and compliance requirements.Key ResponsabilitiesSupport the analysis of training needs across the Group, with a specific focus on initiatives eligible for funded trainingContribute to the design, organization and implementation of training programs for different populations (retail, HQ, managers)Manage operational activities related to funded training programs , including documentation, coordination with external partners and compliance with funding requirements Support the definition and execution of the annual training plan, including mandatory and compliance-related training (e.g. health & safety)Coordinate onboarding training initiatives for new hires and selected key populationsMonitor and track training activities, collecting data, KPIs and feedback to evaluate effectivenessSupport the management of the training budget, with particular attention to funded initiatives and cost optimizationCoordinate external training providers and support the evaluation of courses and trainersContribute to the update and daily management of the Group learning platform, supporting user adoption and content updatesAct as a point of reference for HR colleagues and internal stakeholders on operational learning and training topicsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredAt least 3 years of experience in Training roles within structured organizationSolid knowledge of funded training programs (e.g. interprofessional funds), including application, management and reporting phasesGood understanding of training needs analysis, instructional design and learning evaluationExperience in coordinating training plans and managing relationships with training providersAbility to work autonomously in a multi-site and multi-stakeholder environmentStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and operational mindsetGood communication skills, proactive attitude and strong interest in people developmentProficient English language skillsPrevious experience in retail environments (with exposure to training initiatives for store staff) is appreciatedBasic Net is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
