Con una flotta in continua evoluzione e personale altamente qualificato, Powering è sinonimo di affidabilità, innovazione e servizio al cliente.IL TUO RUOLO:Il Process Specialist è responsabile di definire, analizzare, ottimizzare e standardizzare i processi aziendali, con l’obiettivo di migliorare efficienza ed efficacia, qualità, costi e performance operative. Il ruolo prevede l’evoluzione nel tempo andando a ricoprire anche le funzioni di Operational Excellence Specialist diventando il riferimento per tutte le attività di miglioramento continuo e di sviluppo e mantenimento dell’eccellenza operativa.Responsabilità principali:Analizzare e mappare i processi esistenti, con metodologie strutturate, per identificare inefficienze, colli di bottiglia, aree non correttamente presidiate e sprechi; Ridefinire i processi in accordo con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte; Individuare e supportare progetti di miglioramento continuo utilizzando metodologie Lean e Six Sigma; Definire e strutturare KPI come base per il miglioramento continuo; Redigere procedure operative, standard di processo e documentazione tecnica; Supportare il change management e diffondere la cultura del miglioramento continuo.REQUISITI:Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline STEM o affini; Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di analisi processi, operations, ingegneria di funzione, qualità o continuous improvement; Conoscenza metodologia Lean; Certificazione Six Sigma (preferenziale); Ottima capacità di analisi dati e problem solving; Capacità di lavorare in team interfunzionali; Ottime doti comunicative; Orientamento ai risultati.Luogo di lavoro: Fragagnano (TA) Inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza
