How you will make an impact in this role Lead the Regulatory Advisory Team as Director, acting as the primary senior point of reference for all regulatory matters Provide authoritative interpretation and guidance on all applicable regulations Support strategic initiatives and business decisions by assessing regulatory impacts and advising senior stakeholders and committees Monitor regulatory developments at national, EU, and international levels, translating them into actionable guidance for the business Strengthen internal governance through policies, frameworks, and risk assessments Handle supervisory interactions and requests for information Oversee regulatory aspects of product development and lifecycle management for issuing and acquiring services Collaborate with other Compliance teams, including international teams, to ensure a coordinated approach Lead, coach, and develop a team of regulatory specialists, fostering a risk‑culture of excellence Minimum Qualifications Degree in Law +10 years of experience in Compliance or Legal roles, preferably within banking, financial services, or regulated fintech Extensive expertise in the regulatory framework governing
