FinOps Specialist, AWS Finance Automation and Reporting Management (AFARM) teamAmazon seeks a FinOps Specialist to join the AWS Finance Automation Reporting Management team (AFARM) based out of Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be responsible for creating month end close reports, dashboards and supporting processes for various AWS finance teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to details and technical ability to implement report automation is a preferred requirement for this position.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities – To transition and manage monthend close finance reporting using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, IBM (TM1) Cognos, Oracle etc. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.Proactively identify optimization and automation opportunities aiming towards reducing manual effort and increasing controllership. Should be able to work “as”/ “with” automation experts.Provide data-driven analytics and support to business partners in identifying and resolving issues.Drive a rigorous and proactive cadence of communications, keeping stakeholders informed on current statuses and engaged in key decisions.Contribute towards preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews on the program’s performance.Basic Qualifications6+ years of finance experience.6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills.Preferred Qualifications6+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
