Il ruolo :Per ampliamento di organico, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager Tecnico con forte esperienza in gestione progetti tech in ambito R&D per il settore Life Sciences. Il / la Candidato / a avrà background applicativo e infrastrutturale, in grado di guidare iniziative progettuali R&D con un approccio concreto. Oltre ad una forte predisposizione al contatto con il cliente, cerchiamo esperienza in sistemi a supporto della ricerca e sviluppo (es. Veeva Vault, Oracle Argus, SAS). Responsabilità :Pianificazione del progetto. Gestione delle risorse. Comunicazione con stakeholder. Gestione dei rischi e cambiamenti. Controllo costi e qualità. Valutazioni post-progetto. Competenze richieste :Esperienza su sistemi a supporto delle aree R&D (esempio Veeva Vault, Oracle Argus, Sas). Conoscenza del dominio Life Science e Tech. Gestione progetti tecnologici R&D e / o Data Management. Inglese fluente. Soft skills desiderate :Leadership, problem solving, gestione del tempo e del team sotto pressione. Ottime capacità comunicative per interfacciarsi con profili tecnici e non tecnici. Attitudine a lavorare con stakeholder diversi e gestire conflitti e negoziazioni.
