Join to apply for the SYSTEM INTEGRATION ENGINEER role at FeDiIn ottica di crescita ed espansione continua, siamo alla ricerca di un SYSTEM INTEGRATION ENGINEER per un Cliente leader nel settore Difesa/Aerospazio. I candidati ideali saranno inseriti presso il team progettuale del Cliente situato a Roma.La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Progettazione meccanica di assiemi complessi (shelter, rack avionici, unità integrate) con sviluppo di modelli 3D parametrici e packaging elettronico.Creazione e gestione della documentazione tecnica costruttiva e di definizione prodotto tramite PTC Creo, applicando la metodologia Model Based Definition (MBD).Gestione avanzata dei dati di prodotto e delle Bill of Materials (BOM) tramite piattaforma PTC Windchill (PLM).Selezione materiali e tecnologie produttive idonee (lavorazioni CNC, carpenteria metallica) secondo principi di Design for Manufacturing (DfM).Applicazione e verifica della conformità alle normative UNI-ISO per il disegno tecnico e la tolleranza geometrica (GD&T).Collaborazione con team multidisciplinari per l’integrazione di apparati elettronici in strutture meccaniche complesse.Il profilo ideale deve avere le seguenti caratteristiche:Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria elettronica, Ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni, Ingegneria aerospaziale e astronautica o Diploma Tecnico con esperienza equivalente.Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella progettazione meccanica di assiemi complessi, preferibilmente in ambito shelter, rack o packaging elettronico/militare.Ottima conoscenza del software CAD parametrico PTC Creo.Esperienza con sistemi PLM (es. PTC Windchill) per la gestione di BOM e anagrafiche.Capacità operativa nell’applicazione della metodologia Model Based Definition (MBD) in ambiente Creo.Conoscenza delle normative UNI-ISO per il disegno tecnico e la tolleranza geometrica (GD&T).Conoscenza delle tecnologie dei materiali (metalli, leghe leggere, trattamenti superficiali).Gradita conoscenza di CATIA V5, progettazione di cablaggi (routing), integrazione elettro-meccanica e basi di analisi strutturale (FEM).Cosa offriamo:Inquadramento a tempo indeterminato con livello commisurato all’esperienza del candidato.Unisciti a noi per plasmare un futuro di successo nel mondo dei servizi ingegneristici Invia la tua candidatura e preparati ad una entusiasmante avventura con noiAnnuncio rivolto a candidati di qualsiasi genere (D.Lgs. 198/2006 e s.m.i.).
