Make your mark for patients To strengthen our Immunology PVU team we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of: Marketing Solution Lead Rheuma -Bone Milan Italy About the role Responsible for creating the local ISP by gathering all field insights and incorporating relevant inputs from the EU. Accountable for implementing the ISP in collaboration with the local team and external stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions for patients and ecosystems. You will work with The Marketing Solution Lead Rheuma will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful creation and implementation of the local ISP. This includes working with the local Immunology PVU team to gather field insights and integrate relevant inputs from the EU. Additionally the role involves partnering with external stakeholders such as healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups and industry experts to deliver valuable solutions for patients and ecosystems. What you will do Solutions (project contents) for local PVU implementationHelp Local Patient Value Unit move beyond basic knowledge of UCB products and support services to see opportunities for patient and value creation and become credible advocates for matching each patient with the right medication. Creates systems to help Local Patient Value Unit identify and collect pertinent insights into stakeholder challenges and priorities and incorporate into development plans and support strategies. Facilitates information sharing and discussion among Local Patient Value Unit to raise comfort and competence in speaking to non-clinical issues and applying to stakeholder development plans. Coaches Local Patient Value Unit Members on how to discover and use information about stakeholder strategies and business priorities to improve value creation.
