Offer Description The research aims to examine the digital transformation of the Tourism and Culture value chains, exploring the opportunities and challenges of adopting Artificial Intelligence, as well as the evolving behaviours and expectations of Italian and European tourists, with the objective of:
analysing the spread of digital tools across the Tourism and Culture value chains in Italy, assessing the digital maturity of the different players and their readiness to seize the opportunities offered by technology;
examining the potential impact of Artificial Intelligence on the main Tourism and Culture processes, as well as the key organisational, technological, and ethical challenges linked to its adoption;
analysing the behaviours, needs, and expectations of Italian and European tourists across the different stages of the journey, identifying similarities and differences across countries, user profiles, and other variables.
Oral test aimed at ascertaining candidates’ aptitude and suitability to carry out the research activity covered by the Fellowship, as well as at assessing their knowledge of English and/or other languages relevant to the research activities to be performed (up to 70 points)
Relevance and pertinence of the publications, theses and scientific products attached to the research programme covered by the Fellowship (up to 10 points)
Relevance and pertinence of previous research activities and work experience, if any, in relation to the research activity covered by the Fellowship (up to 15 points)
Relevance and pertinence of their study programme to the research programme covered by the Fellowship (up to 5 points)
