A leading luxury brand, specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a Logistics Expert to join our team.Responsibilities- Organize and manage shipments - Prepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybills - Enter customer orders into the management system - Coordinate shipments to/from suppliers - Perform data entry and maintain export/import records - Conduct inventory checks of warehouse materials - Monitor and unblock export/import shipments - Track shipment progress - Liaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and delivery - Handle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulations - Support the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.).Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration) - Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shipping - Experience and knowledge of handling dangerous goods - IATA and ADR certifications are mandatory - Dynamic personality with high stress resilience - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Excellent English skills - Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plus - Accuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills.We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience - Meal vouchers - Full-time permanent contract - Professional and international working environment
