Job SummaryAs a Vice President in our Large Cap team you will be a Corporate Banker who is responsible for managing and growing our business in Italy with focus selected candidate will manage a broad suite of products in close alignment and cooperation with product and global coverage partners.Relationship responsibility is global across our network and full set of corporate banking products; Debt Capital Markets Payments Credit Financing Trade Markets (Foreign Exchange/rates/commodities) Securities Services and Asset Management.Job responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced banker to be based in Milan and responsibilities will include:Working with product and investment banking coverage bankers to pitch for new client relationships and new business with existing clientsJointly with product partners identifying and leading tailored marketing of products addressing clients needsLeading credit risk and other internal approval processes for all credit across loans and Markets exposureRevenue responsibility for top line growth as well as for sound risk return metrics and KPIs set by the businessBeing the first line of defence for continuous credit quality, credit risk and other internal approval processes for loans and all counterparty exposuresOnboarding of target clients and presentation of the respective business and credit cases to the relevant internal partners and committeesRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsProven Corporate/Investment Banking experience across the Italian marketProven ability to develop client relationships win new business close transactions and build networks both internally and externallyIn-depth knowledge of banking productsRisk management expertise with experience in originating credit and debt capital markets transactionsProven influencing skills with a track record of managing cross cultural environments and inter-department collaborationExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsCreative inclusive and an innovative team playerOutstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in presentations expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate mannerMust be willing to travel regionally and internationallyDesired qualifications capabilities and skillsItalian experience preferableRequired Experience: ExecKey Skills:Change ManagementFinancial ServicesGrowing ExperienceManaged CareManagement ExperienceAnalysis SkillsSenior LeadershipPerformance ManagementProcess ManagementLeadership ExperiencenegotiationAnalyticsEmployment Type : Full-TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
