You will oversee a team of bartenders and bar staff, curate beverage menus, maintain product quality, and uphold a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Managing and supervising all bar operations across the resort • Leading, training, and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional service • Ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in beverage preparation and presentation • Monitoring stock levels, ordering, and inventory management • Controlling costs and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards • Collaborating with F&B Management on service concepts, promotions, and events • Maintaining bar areas to luxury appearance standards at all times • Ensuring smooth coordination with Restaurant, Banqueting, and Events departments • Handling guest feedback, VIP service, and special requests with professionalism • Previous experience as Bar Manager or senior Bar Supervisor in luxury hospitality • Strong leadership, mixology, and customer service skills • Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beverage trends • Ability to train, inspire, and develop a high-performing team • Strong organizational and financial management abilities • Creativity in cocktail design and bar concepts • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) • A polished, professional, and guest-oriented approach A leadership role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury properties • Professional development and mixology training opportunities • Ready to elevate the bar experience in one of Venice’s most iconic luxury resorts?
