Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a Strategy Consultant in IBM's Enterprise Strategy, you'll serve as a key partner to CEOs and C-Suite executives, driving the creation, visualization, and execution of strategies that foster innovation, growth, and modern business reinvention. Your responsibilities include: Employing hypothesis-driven thinking and strategic analysis to provide actionable insights. Crafting digital growth strategies that capitalize on emerging technologies and market trends. Leading business model innovation initiatives to redefine value propositions and competitive advantages. Developing and implementing tech strategies that leverage next-generation technologies like AI and hybrid cloud. Formulating product and digital pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. Devising data monetization strategies to unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies. Guiding AI strategy and value creation, ensuring IBM remains at the forefront of this transformative technology. Preferred EducationMaster's Degree Required Technical And Professional ExpertiseMaster's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, with a focus on digital growth, business model innovation, emerging tech strategy, product/digital pricing, data monetization, and AI strategy. Proven track record of partnering with C-Suite executives to drive strategic initiatives. In-depth knowledge of IBM's offerings and the broader technology landscape. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage cross-functional teams. Preferred Technical And Professional ExperiencePrevious experience within IBM or a similar technology-focused consulting firm. Experience leading and delivering strategic initiatives within large, global enterprises. Knowledge of specific industries or verticals, particularly those undergoing significant digital transformation.
