OverviewSr. Delivery Consultant - Amazon Connect, Professional Services. The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a Delivery Consultant to join AWS. In this role, you will work with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives, driving customer success through the cloud journey. You will provide technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions, gather requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS. As trusted advisors, you will guide customers on industry trends and emerging technologies, lead the implementation process, optimize performance, and manage risks. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team that helps customers realize desired business outcomes with the AWS Cloud, collaborating with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud initiatives.
