Techyon is the leading Head Hunter in the search and selection of senior professionals and managers in the Information Technology field.About the Company : fora U.S. based company leading in the digital healthcare sector, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer .Core Responsibilities Design and development of new integrations with complex clinical systemsTroubleshooting integration issues with a data-driven and analytical approachOptimization and maintenance of existing integrations with a focus on performance and reliabilityFull stack feature development: backend (APIs, services) and frontend (React / Remix)Contributing to the technological evolution of the platform through the integration of AI solutionsDesigning and implementing process automations to improve internal and external efficiencyActive collaboration with the Italian tech team through code reviews, design reviews, and regular demosWorking in synergy with the product, AI, and partner success teams based in the United StatesMust Have At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong technical backgroundExcellent written and spoken English skillsStrong knowledge of Python and JavaScript or TypeScriptExperience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, React.js, Remix, or Next.jsFamiliarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databasesExperience with integration systems, REST APIs, and scalable architecturesNice to Have Experience or strong interest in process automation tools (e.g., RPA, task orchestration, workflow automation)Experience with AI systems applied to code editing and software developmentKnowledge of AI technologies (OCR, NLP, LLM, ML)Location: Verona (VR).Further Information: 1 day of smartworking per week.#LI-DM1#J-18808-Ljbffr
