The ideal candidate should possess excellent commercial skills, have a network within the stamps industry, be autonomous, and a quick thinker who is passionate about the field. What You’ll Do Evaluate and arrange lots submitted by our users, creating attractive lot listings every week. Review lot titles, descriptions, and pictures, providing users with an estimated value based on this information; reject submissions in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain transparency and fairness in user transactions, upholding high standards of auction quality. Keep your auction interesting by working with our sales department to attract new sellers and diversify the lot selection. Collaborate with the marketing department to increase potential bidder attention at your auction. What You’ll Bring A passion and expertise for stamps and a strong understanding of the market. Excellent commercial skills and a proven track record of successful negotiation and relationship‑building. Ability to work autonomously and think quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Good computer skills. Good command of the English language. Nice to haves Solid knowledge of Italian & European stamps. Business experience (sales, marketing, project management, stamps dealer).
