We aim to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and supporting them in adopting technology.Esperienza richiestaAlmeno 5 anni di esperienza in Project Management, con focus su:Gestione completa del progetto : raccolta e analisi dei requisiti; modellazione dei processi; redazione di documentazione tecnica e funzionale; pianificazione delle fasi di progetto (WBS, Gantt, milestone).Infrastruttura e architettura ICT : concetti base di reti, sistemi, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP); conoscenza di cybersecurity e data protection (GDPR); architetture software monolitiche vs microservizi.Sviluppo software e metodologie : familiarità con il ciclo di vita del software (SDLC); comprensione di metodologie Agile, Scrum, Kanban e Waterfall; utilizzo di Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project.Gestione del budget e dei fornitori : stima dei costi (Cost Breakdown Structure); budgeting e controllo economico (Earned Value Management); analisi costi/benefici (ROI, TCO).Competenze trasversali : leadership e gestione dei team; comunicazione chiara con stakeholder tecnici e non; problem solving e gestione del rischio; negoziazione e gestione dei conflitti.Certificazioni graditePMP® (Project Management Professional)PRINCE2® PractitionerCAPM®Scrum MasterITIL® FoundationAgilePMCertified Project Manager (ISIPM-Base / ISIPM-Av)OffertaContratto full-time a tempo indeterminato nel settore metalmeccanicoBuoni pasto giornalieriWelfare aziendaleCorsi di formazione e certificazioni su tecnologie specifichePer candidarti, inviaci il tuo CV.
