Descrizione del lavoro Sia is recruiting a Consultant / Senior Consultant for the Milan and/or Rome office (hybrid mode) to join the CIO Advisory practice on organization, process review, and business transformation projects. The selected candidate will be involved—depending on the experience gained—in projects related to the following competency areas: IT Strategy & Governance (Organizzazione IT e IT Governance; Data Governance e Data Strategy) Project & Portfolio Management (IT Project e Program Management; Supporto alla gestione gare) Sourcing Strategy (Strategie di sourcing, Make or Buy, BPO) IT & Cloud Transformation Technology Innovation Green IT GenAI Avrà inoltre l’opportunità di contribuire attivamente alla crescita e allo sviluppo della Practice (workshops, pubblicazioni, analisi di mercato, partecipazione ai seminari). Qualifiche Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale in Tecnologia e Sistemi, Economia, Ingegneria. Esperienza professionale: il candidato possiede 2 - 5 anni di esperienza in primarie società di consulenza o all’interno di strutture progettuali IT in aziende multinazionali. Hard skills: Conoscenza dei processi di delivery, modelli operativi e capacità di Performance Management Approfondita conoscenza delle funzioni di un dipartimento IT (es.: Demand, Project Management, Delivery, Design, Operations) Esperienza in programmi di trasformazione (es.: modelli di governance e PMO) e progetti di advisory Buona comprensione delle funzioni di business e della gestione della domanda IT/Business Esperienza nella delivery di progetti all’interno di modelli operativi Agile Eccellenti capacità comunicative, di gestione del cliente e di negoziazione Soft skills: Entusiasmo e proattività Capacità di analisi e sintesi Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo Forte orientamento al problem solving Passione per il mondo tech Conoscenza delle lingue: conoscenza ed utilizzo professionale della lingua inglese; la conoscenza del francese rappresenta un plus.
