Software Development Manager

In this role, you will lead the development of a new product initiative designed to help mid‑market customers drive growth and improve lead conversion. You will manage and mentor a high‑performing engineering team while owning the end‑to‑end delivery of scalable, high‑quality software solutions. Operating in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution.
