This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to manage a diverse portfolio of intellectual property assets within a dynamic team.Main ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting & Management: Draft and review a wide range of IP-related agreements, including:Endorsement Agreements: Influencer, talent, and brand ambassador contracts.Content Production: Service agreements for content creation and the licensing of related exploitation rights.Consultancy & Partnerships: Consultancy agreements and co-branding contracts.Other specialized IP-related legal contracts.Trademark and Brand Clearance SearchesBrand ProtectionIP LitigationRequirementsMaster’s Degree in Law. A post-graduate specialization or LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law is highly preferred.2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation or a top-tier law firm specializing in IP.Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, as the role involves managing international contracts and stakeholders.Exceptional drafting skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines in a fast-paced environment.We are an equal opportunity employer and passionately believe that our strength lies in people uniqueness.
