Extremely organized, able to set personal high standards and incredibly motivated to outperform.He/she is very well structured, results oriented with excellent computer skills. He/she is aware that the base of sales results are also a consequence of a maniacal, constant and timely saving of contacts, information and customer data.He/she is responsible to drive MICE business to IHC hotels working in strong synergy with the proactive sales team. He/she is responsible to implement strategic sales activities and plans, in order to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market customer share.Personally, accountable for selected key accounts/feeder markets and revenue targets.Excellent knowledge and outstanding track record of incremental success in the Italian Market both MICE Agencies and Corporate are mandatory.He/She reports to the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing.Travelling: 60%.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Listed below are the mandatory requirements recognized as minimum level to be shortlisted for this role.A minimum of 8 years in a sales position within the MICE segment, including:A minimum of 6 years in a proactive MICE sales role.A minimum of 2 years in a reactive MICE sales role.A minimum of 2 years in an international hotel group (ideally Hilton, Starwood, Marriott)A minimum of 2 years in a MICE sales position for luxury hotelsA minimum of 2 years in a cluster environmentProven track record of deep knowledge of the following markets: Italy + at least one of the following: UK, Switzerland, France, Nordic Countries.Highly computer literate with excellent presentation skills (including PowerPoint), confident use of all office tools (including Excel).Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken)Fluent in English (written and spoken)Strong analytical and strategic mindset as well as easy approach on weekly reporting systemConfident use of CRMMust be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Actively participate to the development and delivery of IHC Sales Plan.Prepare, present and execute the Annual Sales Action Plan for the assigned regions.Constantly monitor, analyse and report sales results.Pro-actively plans and execute weekly sales appointments, sales promotion, and follow ups, BBOBs in order to achieve and exceed the revenue targets.Constantly and timely updates CRM software with sales calls,
