We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Business IT Solution Specialist to join our ICT team.In this role, you will report to the Business IT Solutions Manager .Location: LU-VE S.p. A., Uboldo, Italy.Mission of the role Manage and analyze enhancements in the SAP FI / CO area through and in-depth knowledge of the processes and their analysis.Responsibilities Gathering and correctly interpreting requests / needs from the relevant business users;Analyzing business processes related to the intervention and assessing the technical feasibility of the application solution;Analyzing data obtained from monitoring and system test activities, providing any necessary corrections / improvements;Preparing technical documentation;Supporting end users during the go-live phase of the software changes;Supporting users in carrying out daily activities.Qualifications and experience At least 3–5 years of work experience, preferably gained in IT service or consulting companies working on projects for client organizations, or in medium-to-large manufacturing companies engaged in improving processes through IT systems. International experience is appreciated.Requirements Preferably a degree in Management Engineering or EconomicsExcellent knowledge of SAP and the FI module; knowledge of the CO module is a plusKnowledge of SAP S / 4 HANAPreferred knowledge of Business Intelligence applicationsGood understanding of Finance and Management Control, Planning and Reporting processes in complex manufacturing companies, including skills related to consolidated financial statementsPreferred knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to FinanceExcellent command of English, both written and spokenKey skills AutonomyOrganizational skillsCommunication and collaboration skillsAnalytical skillsEffective problem-solving abilityResults orientationAbility to work in a teamBenefits highlights A dynamic and stimulating work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentContinuous trainingFlexible working hours and smart workingWe offer you the opportunity to grow and develop your experience and skills within our company.
