We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our Casa Flagship store based in Milan. As a Sales Assistant , you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs Provide support to Senior Client Advisors/Client Advisors in complex interactions Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Requirements Home collection/Interior design product knowledge Fluency in Italian, English and another language among German, Arabic, Russian, Chinese. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in luxury retail Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player Location: Italy, Milan
