We invest heavily in our team members who enjoy industry-leading professional development, exceptional career opportunities, and mobility across our group.ROLE SUMMARY:International School of Milan (ISM), part of the Inspired Education Group and its International School of Europe network, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IB Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator to lead and support the delivery of the IB Diploma Programme at one of its IB World Schools in Italy, starting August 2026.The DP Coordinator will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment within the IB Diploma Programme. Working closely with senior leaders, subject leaders and teaching staff, the post is ideal for an experienced IB practitioner with strong organisational skills, a collaborative leadership approach and a commitment to high-quality international education.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide academic and operational leadership for the IB Diploma ProgrammeEnsure full compliance with IB standards, practices and requirements, including programme documentation and evaluation processesSupport, mentor and quality-assure DP teaching staff to drive consistently strong student outcomesCoordinate DP assessment, reporting, internal standardisation and external examination processesLead curriculum planning, subject offerings and timetable coordination for the DPSupport student guidance processes, including subject choices and academic monitoringWork closely with senior leaders to align DP provision with whole-school prioritiesLiaise with the IB Organisation and oversee all DP-related administrationPromote the IB Learner Profile and a culture of academic excellence and wellbeingContribute to whole-school leadership initiatives as requiredTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Degree in a relevant subject and a recognised teaching qualificationSignificant experience teaching within the IB Diploma ProgrammePrevious experience as a DP Coordinator, Assistant DP Coordinator, or IB leadership roleStrong knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks, assessment and evaluation processesExcellent organisational, leadership and communication skillsAbility to lead, support and inspire staff within a collaborative school environmentPreferred:Experience in an international or multicultural school settingExperience working within a group or network of schoolsSAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
