Digital Pharma Application Support Specialist LifeBee, is a ProductLife Group Company and leading international strategic and digital consulting firm, supporting Life Science companies in their journey towards digitalization, technological innovation, operational excellence, and proactive compliance. The focus is on the GxP regulated areas of Chemical, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Nutraceutical companies, particularly in Production, Quality Assurance, Laboratories, Logistics, Serialization, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance. ProductLife Group (PLG) is a dedicated life sciences outsourcing and consulting company. The group has its HQ in Paris and affiliates around the globe with teams in all key regions: North America, Europe and APAC. Have you recently graduated in STEM or are you a professional with a couple years of work experience looking to step into the field of Life Science digital transformation? Through a structured path entailing, on-the-job training and active participation in increasingly complex projects, you will work on international digital delivery and application management projects for high-profile customers in the Life Science world. Your Role In Lifebee Issue analysis and solution strategy definition; Deep knowledge of customization and integration of market-leading vertical software applications for Life Sciences; Managing Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes, in line with existing Service Level Agreements and international ITIL standards; Organise and plan all problem-solving activities through the different levels of support; Managing technical and application support requests through continuous technical collaboration with local and global software providers. Profile And Skills STEM degree preferred (i.e., biomedical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics); Good knowledge of IT architectures, coding languages, and MS Office productivity tools; Basic SQL programming language on MS SQL Server and Oracle DBMS. Motivation to learn and grow, also supported by senior colleagues; Fluency in Italian and English; Proactivity and curiosity. Analytical and problem solving approach Nice To Have Technical skills in application development environments (i.e., Salesforce) and programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, C#...); Knowledge of IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in MES/EBR, LIMS, QMS, BPM, Workflow Management, Document Management, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines.
