Bagni di Pisa is located in San Giuliano Terme between Pisa and Lucca surrounded by gorgeous landscapes and renaissance‑era architecture. JOB AIMS & REQUIREMENTS For our two Thermal Resorts mentioned before we are searching for a motivated and passionate Sales Trainee who consulting the cluster Sales Manager and the Cluster Sales Executive executes and oversees the activities agreed in the below description with regards to leisure and MICE segments working in full synergy with on and above property teams. Supporting the two Sales mentioned before his/her main objective will be maximizing room nights ADR and total revenue for the assigned activities in properties part of the scope but also looking after the Food and Beverage and SPA commercial activities. We are looking for:an extremely organized candidate able to set high standards – incredibly motivated to overachieve performance. a young and talented person looking for sales opportunity. results oriented with excellent analytical and computer skills. excellent communication and presentation skills. proactive, independent, decisive. mandatory fluent in Italian & a good level of English (B2 or C1).This position will be both based at the Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort Tuscany Autograph Collection and at the Bagni di Pisa Palace & Thermal Spa. The two locations are nearly 40 kilometres apart. The board and lodging are not included for this job offer. THE ROLE: SCOPE Sales activitiesParticipate alongside the colleagues in designated trade service and community associations. Supporting the Sales Department in representing Grotta Giusti and Bagni di Pisa on sales calls, workshops and trade shows assigned by the manager. Monitors competitive hotels to ensure continual market share improvement, analyzes and reports the results. Pro‑actively plans and executes weekly sales appointments, sales promotion and follow‑ups bring back old business actions to achieve and exceed the revenue targets. Constantly and timely updates CRM software with sales calls
