For this role, your base will be at the RLG office in Turin, supporting and coordinating all operational and supply chain activities related to our Italian market. Expect some travel to customers, producers, and logistic partners across Italy and Europe. You will be the local anchor point for both customers and logistics providers – and an essential operational link to our Danish Operations Team. Be the operational heartbeat of Italy As Supply Chain Manager, Italy, you will support and manage all logistics and operational activities for existing and new Italian customers. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth material flows, excellent customer service, and profitable operations. More specifically, you can look forward to: Managing relationships with Italian producers and material suppliers Acting as the primary customer service contact for operational issues Leading weekly/monthly customer meetings and writing minutes Driving weekly load increases and volume growth Gathering customer forecasts and incorporating them into planning Ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing and handling ad hoc changes Resolving invoice and
