Site point of contact for Tech requests and escalations;Support the deployment of global applications (SAP, Documentum, Veeva, global Platforms including Labware, MES, Azure);Collaborate with global business partners to set project priorities and roll-out global applications locally;Develop the site’s application continuity and support model;Implement and execute a continuous improvement program;Implement and execute a technology roadmap and a Digital data and Analytics agenda;Promote GSK available paperless solutions suite apps and dashboards).IT Risk & ComplianceAddress IT risks (Business Continuity Planning, IT security, confidential data management…);Ensure all local IT activities are carried out in compliance with global IT standards and procedures;Provide audit support;Manage external resources;Reports to the Senior Mgr Tech Site Owner.Why you?Qualifications & Skills:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:IT degree is preferable, otherwise high school degree with good business analysis experience is equally required;Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with a preference for exposure to manufacturing and quality process and application;Experience collaborating with global partners to the building and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (switch, APs, cabling, servers, data centers);IT experience in operation processes, tech refresh of printers, PCs, mobile phones;Experience supporting IT Business applications, IT Risk & Compliance;Experience interacting with and influencing leaders across Sites/Businesses;Experience or knowledge of manufacturing environments with strong understanding of key principles & practices;Experience working effectively in an organization across geographies and cultures;Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions;Strong Customer service experience with good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation;Fluent level of English and Italian (both written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications & Skills:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Regulatory requirements for IT systems and their operational support;Previous experience in pharmaceutical/biologicals GxP or other highly regulated environment;Previous SAP experience;Knowledge and experience with Process improvement techniques (Impact, SixSigma, LeanSigma).What We OfferPermanent contract in a very Inclusive environmentFlexible BenefitsCompany Healthcare PlanIntegrative pension fundEmployee Assistance ProgrammePrevention services and vaccination clinicTax assistanceLocal nursery agreementPostal service, laundry, shoe repair and tailoringOn site canteens and coffee cornersFree company bikes and shuttleClosing Date for Applications – 20 January 2026Please note that relocation support cannot be provided; therefore, only candidates who are already based in the indicated country can be considered.Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
