The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia.PositionABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a skilled professional to join our R&D team. This role involves close collaboration with our customers' R&D departments and the development of processes for the application of new technologies and materials (primarily coatings, but not exclusively) to be introduced to the market. The main objectives of the team include:Developing processes in line with customer agreements or market needsDemonstrating the feasibility of industrializing processes through the development and production of initial batchesSupporting the industrialization of these processes at our operations sites or at customer locationsThe team works closely with the Rubbiano plant and other facilities within the Surface Solution division, as well as directly with customers.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:As a member of the R&D team at our Headquarters, the selected candidate will be responsible for:Managing development projects for innovative coatings on components across various industrial sectors, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standardsAnalyzing process data using statistical methods, defining development plans following the PDCA and DMAIC methodologies, and preparing detailed reportsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, as well as supporting the
