As a Mechanical Design Analysis Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of products, solutions, and systems, including activities related to the technical improvement of existing products and components. You will have an impact on the quality of your own work and that of the wider team, executing standard operational and technical tasks that are typically guided by instructions and established work routines. Within this framework, you will have some flexibility to organize and adjust the sequence of your tasks and duties based on changing priorities and work situations. Job Description Essential ResponsibilitiesExecute the stress analysis that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirements Recommend approach to meet the technical and program requirements Support formulation and implementation of plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems Support design engineers to find best design solutions for mechanical arrangements Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures Monitor and report project status, business issues and significant developments to design team Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviewsQualification/RequirementsMaster's Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering Experience in aeronautical engineering Experience with FEM Tools (Ansys, Nastran) Strong technical attitude and problem solving skills Ability to prioritize the working tasks Fluent both Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsCapable to work in multicultural environment, preferable previous international experience Team worker Previous proven experience in Stress Analysis Knowledge of CAD design tools (preferable NX & Teamcenter) Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsWhat we offer Smart working and work life-balance Avio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
