OverviewRole : Finance Manager responsible for the Italian entity's finance function, with accountability across Italy, France and Switzerland accounting. Reports to the Group Head of Accounting and Procurement in the Italian office.ResponsibilitiesManagement of three to four direct reports.Coordinate the month end closing processes (journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation).Perform monthly / quarterly balance sheet reconciliations (accrued and deferred income, fixed assets, payroll, intercompany).Review bookkeeping including sales ledger and purchase ledger.Coordinate the external audit process.Payroll : manage monthly payroll bookkeeping and internal controls; serve as primary contact with external payroll provider and internal HR team.Plan and prepare vendor
