Contract TypePermanentCountryITALYLocationParmaYour opportunityReporting to the VP Business Control Supply Chain and EPI, you will act as Finance Business Partner to the EVP Supply Chain on the production center activity, providing the right financial insights by challenging and building within cross functional teams the relevant action plans to increase side performance understanding and profitability.ResponsibilitiesLead the Finance Supply chain team (factory controllers) in order to drive the industrial performance, from insights to actions, ensure compliance and controls, and manage risks. Control tower of production cost and planning. Business advisor when needed.Product Cost providing and analysis (RCA and action plan consolidation)Factory utilization overview and actions Inventories measurement and actionsCAPEX & OPEX managementNon-quality costs (Scrapping, rework, diff. On materials... etc.)Business partnering with Supply chain organization and EVP Supply chain and his teamResource utilization (labor, manufacturing plant, make or buy)Sourcing performance in cooperation with LogisticTranslation of S&OP to financial impactProduct cost target (defined with Supply chain and EP&I)Strong link with Cost and process team to implement and feedback tools and processes, margin analysis and forecastDrive the supply chain contribution and financial performance.Active participation to the three years Business Plan, annual Budget, quarterly Outlook and quarterly closing.Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / IS through transversal and multi-sites projects, in cooperation with process teamProfileMaster degree or equivalent in FinanceA Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Industrial ControllingStrong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principlesAdvanced knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principlesStrong experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance / Controlling) in an international and industrial groupAdvance practice of IS Tools including any other digitalization tools (Qliksense, Power BI...)Strong interpersonal skills, team playerAbility to lead in a matrix organizationResult orientationFluent in English, written and spoken#J-18808-Ljbffr
