We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Development Manager to lead the development of solar, wind, and energy storage projects across the country. In this role, you will: Support project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution. Review and assess technical project documents, drawings, and reports to guarantee the highest quality and compliance. Coordinate with external consultants and local engineering firms to bring technical documentation to life. Collaborate closely with a dynamic international engineering team to meet all regulatory and technical requirements. We are looking for someone who: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy preferred); a Master's is a plus. Has solid experience developing renewable projects within Italy and is comfortable working with international teams. Brings strong technical skills, with the ability to review and challenge project documentation effectively. Is familiar with solar, wind, and BESS industry standards and regulations. Is fluent in Italian and has excellent command of English. Is a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with great interpersonal skills. Location : Remote (based in Italy) with national travel and occasional trips abroad.
