DescriptionReporting to the Stock Manager, the Stock Controller contributes to increasing store turnover by participating in the merchandise flow management within the store and strictly following all internal procedures in terms of logistics.PROFILERigor, sense of organization and priorities managementExcellent interpersonal skillsAvailability, adaptability, sense of service, team spiritGood knowledge of ITProduct sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge would be an assetMission – Business DeveloperFollow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific action plansPrepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepanciesGuarantee consistent level of stock to achieve sales targetA Brand Promoter Promote the brand’s culture internally and externallyWork with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented, collaborative, available and versatile approachEnsure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standardsMaintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising StandardGuarantee excellent customer experienceEnsure customer satisfaction, engagement and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintainedFollow the guidelines provided by HQs regarding the clienteling approachA Team PlayerConsistently provide the highest level of professionalism in all behaviors, including communication and teamworkWork well in a team and actively support and assist your colleaguesProvide high quality relevant feedback and requested report to the ManagementA Process SupporterReceive, check, label and store all merchandise being receivedOrganize and tidy up stock areasCheck in and handle transfersHandle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flowPrepare and pack all ready-to-be-shipped products and handle all administrative partsPrepare and ship all returned merchandise to the outlets and WarehouseHandle packaging and small stationery’s ordersAdhere to all Company Policies and follow all Company Operational ProceduresSaint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce.
