SOA Risorse Umane è stata incaricata di ricercare e selezionare un Mechanical Engineering Manager - Responsabile ingegneria Meccanica per importante azienda cliente leader nel settore metalmeccanico in provincia di Bergamo. Informazioni sul ruolo : Il ruolo riporta direttamente all'Engineering Director. Responsabilità : Gestione di Team e Risorse Coordinamento Attività e Carico di Lavoro: Destina le risorse interne ed esterne ai differenti progetti assegnati al team, in base al budget e in collaborazione con i PLL (Product Line Leaders). Gestione Risorse Umane: Gestisce lo sviluppo delle risorse umane del team di progettazione meccanica insieme al dipartimento HR (formazione, competenze, valutazione della performance). Gestione Risorse IT: Gestisce le risorse hardware/software del team di progettazione. Sviluppo Prodotto e Controllo Progetti Controllo dell’Avanzamento Progetti: Verifica periodicamente lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti per confrontarlo con le previsioni di budget e allinea la direzione tramite dashboard dedicate. Coordinamento Sviluppo Prodotto: Definisce, assieme ai PLL e in allineamento con l'Engineering Director, le attività di sviluppo prodotto e ne controlla periodicamente l'avanzamento. Collaborazione Interfunzionale All’interno della funzione Engineering, collabora con l’Automation Manager per allineare la progettazione meccanica a quella elettrica e software. Coordina le attività trasversali con i team Vendita, Montaggio, Acquisti e Service. Qualifiche : Esperienza : Almeno 5 anni nella progettazione meccanica applicata a macchinari industriali. Almeno 5 anni nella gestione di un team di progettazione. Istruzione : Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica. Competenze richieste : Competenze Tecniche : Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico. Capacità di dimensionamento e scelta di componentistica meccanica. Conoscenza del software di progettazione meccanica 3D. Lingue : Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Compenso e pacchetto retributivo : Commisurata all'esperienza maturata.
