Per inserimento presso una prestigiosa azienda Automotive stiamo ricercando un* Product Quality Engineer (Concept & Development) La risorsa sarà incaricata di assicurare la qualità del prodotto fin dalle fasi iniziali di sviluppo, valutando concept, materiali e processi per garantire il rispetto degli standard premium e delle aspettative del cliente. Responsabilità principali Rappresentare la funzione Qualità nelle fasi di concept e pre-industrializzazione. Valutare design, packaging ed ergonomia per identificare rischi qualitativi. Effettuare controlli virtuali (DMU) e fisici su modelli e prototipi. Coordinare analisi di fattibilità su materiali e tecnologie innovative. Implementare sistemi di “lessons learned” per miglioramento continuo. Partecipare a riunioni tecniche e comitati colore per garantire coerenza estetica e funzionale. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria. Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in qualità, sviluppo prodotto o processi industriali. Conoscenza di strumenti CAD (preferibilmente Catia V5) e processi produttivi. Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese; il tedesco è un plus. Capacità analitiche, problem solving e attitudine al lavoro cross-funzionale. Soft Skills Comunicazione efficace e capacità di negoziazione. Orientamento al dettaglio e alla qualità. Proattività e spirito collaborativo. Sede di lavoro: provincia di Bologna.
