PSA BDP – Sales Director, Consumer Retail & Fashion About PSA BDP: PSA BDP, a member of the PSA Group, is a leading provider of globally integrated and port‑centric supply chain, transportation, and logistics solutions. The company is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, and employs more than 5,500 people worldwide.Purpose of Position The position is established as a Sales Director, within the Consumer Retail & Fashion Industry, focusing as an individual contributor in the key geographies defined by the Global Head of Consumer Retail & Fashion across the European markets.Key DeliverablesNew Business Development – 100 % focus: identify, strategically position PSA BDP’s core focus products, map opportunities and win new business aligned with the vertical strategy, maintain and adjust the pipeline list annually, and establish a targeted list of pipeline accounts that includes globally defined vertical target accounts, regional target accounts, and country‑specific accounts.Existing Book of Business: build and develop relationships with senior management of the existing key accounts, maintain close working relationships with corporate operational leadership teams, proactively engage to develop new opportunities, and strategically align with Global Leadership to support customer satisfaction.Lead System Demonstrator: become fluent in presenting PSA BDP’s IT suite of tools and engage in deeper discussions.OPEX Business Implementation Support: engage product experts, liaise with regional and country management teams to communicate opportunities, and work with the OPEX Implementation team to ensure a smooth handover and proper onboarding schedule.Vertical Strategy: develop a regional pipeline focused on rapid growth and development of the vertical, targeting global head offices across regions.Key TasksDevelop and execute new business strategy.Deploy the vertical strategy to the new customer base.Own KPI’s and recommend process improvements.Meet with customers to drive relationship development and identify new markets.Maintain professional and technical knowledge through education.Identify gaps in existing procedures, systems, and tools.Possess solid knowledge of international supply chain solutions, freight services, and experience in serving global retail customers.Strong operations know‑how, CFS expertise, and marine freight experience.Communicate cross‑functionally within a matrix organization.Travel freely globally; expect travel up to 40 %.QualificationsDegree holder with at least 5 years of operational experience in a global forwarding or logistics company.Minimum 2 years of experience in CFS warehousing operations, contract logistics and related matters.Exposure to 3PL and order/freight management operations.Excellent command of English and local language.#J-18808-Ljbffr
