As the Marketing, Communication and Social Media Manager, you will shape and deliver the hotel’s brand image across all channels. Your mission is to ensure consistent, high‑impact communication that reflects the hotel’s identity and values while driving engagement, visibility, and guest loyalty. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives, manage content and campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the guest experience through storytelling, creativity, and brand excellence. Reporting to:• Hotel GM• PR and Brand Managers What will be your mission? Definition and implementation of the Marketing and PR Plan for the hotel and its outlets, under the supervision of the Central Marketing & PR team. Elaborate and support specific PR and Marketing Plans for each F&B outlet and Anantara Spa. Handle eCommerce and Digital Marketing in collaboration with HQ teams.
