The primary location will be Vicenza, Italy. If interested and qualified, apply for this impactful opportunity.Anticipated Award: April 2026Anticipated Start: May 2026Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option YearsLocation: Vicenza, ItalyClearance Requirement: Active TS/SCIAbout UsCelestar, a Veteran-Owned company, offers competitive salaries and benefits including dental, health, life, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and personal time off.ResponsibilitiesPrepare intelligence reports and assessments supporting mission planning and force protection.Identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the Area of Responsibility (AOR).Deliverables include CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDS, assessments, reports, briefings, and strategic plans.Support Army CI efforts against FIE threats to RDA, defense infrastructure, and supply chains, including technical and HUMINT threats.Conduct intelligence analysis to support CI-HUMINT efforts, using established methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required.Knowledge of ICD directives necessary.Willingness to undergo counterintelligence polygraph examinations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required.Certifications such as DoD Fundamentals, CDASA Levels 1 and 2, CCMP-F, or Intelligence Planner Certification.U.S. Government all-source MOS or equivalent certification/course.Experience: 10 years in CI-HUMINT analysis/management, 5 years supporting CI/HUMINT in a strategic role, and 3 years analyzing regional CI-HUMINT topics.Join a company that values its employeesCelestar is an Equal Opportunity Employer, prohibiting discrimination and harassment based on protected categories.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: Defense and Space ManufacturingReferrals can double your chances of interview success.
