FORMULA COACH - SOCIETÀ SPECIALIZZATA NELLA SELEZIONE DEL PERSONALE Per azienda impegnata nella produzione e sviluppo di sistemi radar, sistemi EW e software di simulazione per applicazioni navali, aeree, terrestri e spaziali, ricerchiamo SYSTEM ENGINEER PROFILO: professionisti in possesso di laurea in ingegneria elettronica o telecomunicazioni o fisica. Curiosi e interessati ad una realtà operante nei settori Radar/EW e Spazio. È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali. PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’: Identificazione delle necessità operative del cliente, definizione e valutazione dei requisiti tecnici Redazione della documentazione tecnica di progetto Integrazione, Validazione e Qualifica del sistema Verifica finale e test con il cliente Attività di installazione su piattaforma e supporto prove operative Gestione del progetto e della pianificazione Supporto al team Sales & Marketing nella preparazione delle offerte (proposta tecnica, stima dei costi) ESPERIENZE E COMPETENZE: Progettazione, integrazione e validazione di sistemi elettronici EW e Radar Esperienza del ciclo di vita dell'ingegneria dei sistemi, dallo sviluppo e gestione dei requisiti fino ai test di accettazione Analisi e sviluppo di modelli ed algoritmi con MATLAB/SIMULINK o equivalenti Desiderata capacità di gestione del progetto in termini di risorse, tempi e costi OFFERTA: Ambiente stimolante e orientato all’innovazione, coinvolgimento in tutte le fasi di progetto, Ccnl Metalmeccanico, assunzione a tempo indeterminato, ral commisurata all’esperienza, formazione e affiancamento.
