We are recruiting a professional to join our TaxTeam in Pescara, who will be involved in :Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies; Assistance in tax litigation proceedings and in managing the relationship with the Italian Tax Authorities during the assessment procedures; Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.); Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);Tax compliance. Come As YouAre - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have :Master's degree in Law;Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications.Good knowledge of English; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;Flexible and dynamic approach. Candidates with the following will have an advantage : Master's degree in tax law.
